Jules Thin Crust collaborates with the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America to serve in the best possible way to Celiac customers. In 2011 GIG certified our gluten free dough and has determined it is therefore suitable for consumption by all gluten intolerant customers.

Jules has fully trained their staff on the rules of serving and handling to prevent contamination from gluten; all Jules stores joined this project, and are constantly monitored to ensure safety requirements are met and upheld.

At Jules, we offer our GF customers the option of ordering either a mini or a medium sized pie on our delicious gluten free crust. Our GF dough is also available for purchase, either frozen or hand-rolled into our thin, delicious crust. All of the toppings and sauces we use at Jules are certified GF and are suitable for consumption by all gluten intolerant customers.

Our GF Dough Ingredients: Buckwheat Flour* (PA/NJ locations), Brown Rice Flour (CA locations only, contains egg yolks), Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Xanthan Gum, Navy Pea Flour, Ener-G Egg Replacer (PA/NJ locations), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt and Sugar.

*Benefits of Buckwheat Flour: The protein in Buckwheat contains the 8 essential amino acids, High in lysine, Rich in Vitamin B, as well as: magnesium, zinc, and copper. Lowers glucose levels, Lowers blood pressure and Reduces cholesterol.
